Important instructions for the return of items:

When returning items to the seller (Utensilia d.o.o.) you must include a return form. Please attach a copy of the invoice.
Returns must be sent to the following address: Flat Concept Shop, Miklošičeva cesta 18, 1000 Ljubljana.
We recommend that you use a delivery service which allows tracking of shipments and advise you to properly prepare the items for transportation (you can use the original packaging in which you received the goods or use any other appropriate secure packaging).
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

In the case of withdrawal, where a bonus code for a discount or a promotional code has been used, these assets are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. The user will recieve only the paid amount onto his bank account. Gift vouchers are considered as a means of payment and in the case of withdrawal will be returned to the user as a voucher. The paid amount will be returned to the bank account of the user.

Returns for legal entities

If you want an invoice on your company name you accept the terms and conditions that apply to companies. Businesses, individual entrepreneurs and other legal entities can return products under warranty terms. Legal persons do not have the possibility of withdrawal within 14 days, or a refund as it applies to consumers.

Damaged goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, is lacking its content or shows signs of opening, you can file for compensation with the Post of Slovenia. This is done by bringing the shipment (packaging + content) to the post office as soon as you notice the damaged or looted shipment. You must do this within 30 days from the receipt of the shipment. Be sure to fill out the damaged goods form, which needs to be signed both by the post and you. After receiving all the necessary documentation a claim for damages can be made at the Post of Slovenia. The request is then studied by a commission. If approved, the expenses will be reimbursed or a new product will be ordered. Both the Post of Slovenia and our team at will make sure that the compensation is resolved as quickly as possible.
